To book a session
You don't need to message first. Pick a date and time on the booking page and the slot is yours — you'll get a confirmation straight away. Some services are arranged over WhatsApp instead, and their page will say so.
If you're not sure what you need
Write to us with a sentence or two about what's on your mind. We'll point you to the reading that fits, or tell you honestly if none of them do.
About an order
For anything to do with a shop order — delivery, a change, or a problem — email is best, as we can look it up and reply with a record you can keep.
Common questions
Do I need to visit you in person?
No. Every reading and consultation is held remotely, by video call or phone, so you can join from anywhere in the world. There is nothing to install and nothing to prepare beyond a quiet spot where you can talk.
How soon will I hear back?
We aim to reply to every message within 24 hours. If you've already booked a session, your confirmation arrives immediately — there's no need to write in and check.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. Whatever you tell us, in a message or in a session, stays between us. We don't sell or share your details.
Can you help with a medical, legal or money problem?
