How do the readings work?+
All sessions are conducted remotely — online, by phone, or over WhatsApp. Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation with the details for your session.
Do I need to be present in person?+
No. Every reading and consultation is delivered remotely, so you can connect with us from anywhere in the world.
How do I book a session?+
Choose the service you'd like, pick an available date and time, and pay securely online. You'll receive a confirmation right away, along with reminders before your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept secure card payments processed by Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover.
What information do you need for a reading?+
Most readings only need your name and date of birth. Some services may ask for a little more detail, which we'll request when you book.
Can I reschedule my appointment?+
Yes. If something comes up, contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll do our best to arrange another time slot.
Do you offer refunds?+
Products are non-refundable. For services, you're eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time — cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows aren't refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is my information kept private?+
Absolutely. Your details and everything shared during a session are treated as strictly confidential.
How old do I need to be to book?+
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and this website.
