Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Aura Blessing 517. We are committed to the quality of every reading and product we offer. This policy governs refunds for products and services booked through www.aurablessing517.com.

Because of the specialized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we cannot refund a product because a spiritual outcome did not meet your expectations.

We do accept returns for products that arrive defective or damaged. If your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurablessing517@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Once we confirm the fault, you may choose a replacement of the same item or a full refund to your original payment method. If a return of the item is needed, we will cover the return shipping for a confirmed defect. This applies to the product itself; digital reports and made-to-order items are covered separately below.

Digital reports (such as the Kundli and Guardian Archangel readings) are generated and delivered instantly, so they are final-sale and cannot be returned. If a report contains an error caused by us, or you did not receive it, contact us and we will correct or resend it at no charge.

If you need to cancel a booked service, you are eligible for a full refund provided you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), are not eligible for a refund. To cancel, please contact us at aurablessing517@gmail.com or by phone as early as possible, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We understand that scheduling conflicts happen. Sessions cannot be changed on the website; to move one, message us on WhatsApp at +1 337-915-7555 (or email aurablessing517@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will do our best to find an alternative time slot.
